  1. Hi Amanda, Thank you for your question! The causality capability is part of Seeq ML, which is a component of the Seeq Process Health solution. The add-on tools that are part of this solution are not open source, which is why you don't see them on the open-source add-on gallery. Let us know what process or analytics challenge you are working to solve and we may be able to direct you to one of the open-source add-on tools that would work for you. Or, if you'd like to let know more about the Process Health Solution, you can check out this site and/or reach out to your account team - https://engage.seeq.com/process-health-solution Please let us know any further questions - thanks again! 2. Hi Pat, It does appear that the issue you are facing may be related to the specific datasource where these specific signals/conditions are queried from, since you are not seeing it elsewhere. You did the perfect thing and submitted a support request (best done here: https://seeq.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/3), along with the logs to our Support team, so that our datasource connection experts can help you ASAP. We will continue the detailed conversation in that system. Thank you and let us know further comments or questions! Karen Seeq Analytics Engineering
