Hi. I am trying to figure out how to color code a metric based on another metric. Basically, if one metric is less than another, I want it to be red, but if it is equal to or greater than, it should be green. Is there a way to do this?

Is there a way to write a formula to create two different capsules. The first for 5:30AM-5:30PM of the previous day and the second for 5:30PM-5:30am of the current day?
