Adding the Delta of Two Capsules within a Month

I am trying to determine how many gallons of a given chemical we are using per month. I have successfully managed to determine this number except in the months where we receive a shipment and fill our tank. Essentially what I want to do is take the delta of the first blue capsule in the month of February and add it to the delta of the second blue capsule in the month of February to determine how much chemical was used, independent of how many gallons were added to the tank. Attached is a screenshot of the formula that works for all non-shipment months.
