Lelouch Posted August 18, 2024 Posted August 18, 2024 Greetings all, I am looking to create model that would predict the optimum chemical dosage rate. The performance of the chemical subject to multiple variables such as temperature, flow, pressure etc. I would like the model to constantly idetify the optimum dosage to target 60% performance rate.
Seeq Team Kin How Posted August 21, 2024 Seeq Team Posted August 21, 2024 You can create a condition for when the performance rate is equal to or around 60%. Then, create the prediction model -> expand the "Advanced" tab on the prediction tool -> set the 60% performance rate condition under the "Limit to condition within training window" box. The prediction model will be trained using 60% performance rate data only by doing so. I hope this answers your question.
Seeq Team Dan FR Posted October 24, 2024 Seeq Team Posted October 24, 2024 Hi Lelouch, Creating this condition is dependent on how you determine performance rate. In order to predict the optimum dosage rate using process variables, you will need to have your historical performance rate. It may be helpful to work through this with a Seeq Analytics Engineer.
