As an Admin you can view additional user information not available through the Administration panel through Seeq Data Lab. 

The attached script will give you a dataframe containing the last login date for any given user.

And a script that shows daily average usage, 

Average Hours per week/day in Seeq ____ (Like shown in the Customer portal)?
