Find the time of Max of a signal during a specific condition and store it in a string signal

1. The raw signal is the compressor power and we used Manual condition to identify some periods over time during which we would like to find the maximym of the compressor power.

Identify the max value using Signal from Condition during the investigation time.

2. Create a Condition when the max value happened.

3. Create a signal in a way that the values show the time stamp of the maximum during each capsule. We could also combine step 2 and 3 into 1 condition. 

4. Summarize the results in a table format.

5. Show the results in Trend view.
