Monthly Average under certain conditions

What I am trying to get: Monthly average of a signal ONLY during a certain condition which I have created 

What I actually get: Averages of the chosen signal for each time the condition occurs, not a monthly aggregation of all those times

Any thoughts on how to get the signals during my chosen condition to somehow aggregate on a monthly basis?

you can use a formula to calculate this:

In this example I calculate the average power consumption for each month only when "Compressor Stage" equals "STAGE 2".
