send email or alert to certain users

I have heard that seeq has this functionality to send an email to certain users. Maybe using datalab?  I am very interested in this feature

Felix,

Since datalab gives you full access to python you can use a python library to send emails. smtplib is an example of one of the these libraries. I am sure there are other libraries out there that will do something similar.
