Sivaji
Hi, I was wondering how to mention the time zone for the timestamps data using spy.push. I think for default SEEQ considers the timestamps are GMT timezoned in case the actual time zone is not mentioned. I used following syntax for pushing my data. However I need to mention that the timestamps in my data_df are corresponding to the central time zone. spy.push(metadata=better_metadata, data= data_df, workbook='Power Plant Simulation >> Steam Turbine', worksheet='test')
Sivaji
Including the time zone in my dataframe timestamp index by using pandas tz_localize solved my issue. Thanks
Seeq Team Sean T Posted October 22, 2020 Seeq Team Share Posted October 22, 2020 Hi Sivaji, You are correct that data pulled/pushed in SPy will be done by default in GMT (actually, UTC). Glad you were able to find a way to specify your timezones for your case where the time zone wasnt mentioned!
